Jennifer Richards is a senior software developer at the IETF LLC and a member of the Tools Team. A generalist by nature, in past lives Jennifer has studied supermassive black holes with radio telescopes, designed and built networked RFID tag readers, written firmware for GPS receivers, and developed technology for (and passed juggling clubs with) the Flying Karamazov Brothers. Jennifer has previously been employed by Painless Security LLC, Purdue University, ThingMagic LLC, and Trimble Navigation Ltd. She has M.Eng and S.B. degrees from MIT and a PhD in physics from Caltech. Jennifer is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
